changes of tonalities it goes through, during the Andean seasons, dry and humid.
WARMI is a collaborative project between designer Giulia Pompilj, the Kacllaraccay Community and Mater Initiative, which arises from a research regarding the Peruvian plant ecosystem.

YARNS
The wool is composed of 100% alpaca fibre. They are hand-dyed, using only wild botanics, collected from the area and local, eco-sustainable mordants. The WARMI color palette is based on a seasonal calendar, and represent the botanics found on a specific time of the year.

SUSTAINABILITY
With each yarn that is sold, MATER SOSTIENE promotes the continuity of the research project and sustainability of the workshop.
