"Shell" was imagined during a semester project in collaboration with ASA-HM, for the project "Tu es canon". This hardware is inspired by the Japanese envelope closing system. It allows to easily close a coat, a pocket, or a bag with the simple gesture of turning around a button with an elastic thread
and a tip that gets stuck in the button. The objective was to replace the difficulty of opening buttons for people with disabilities and fine motor skills, to be able to close it with one hand, in an intuitive and fast way.
