The myths of Hercules show the world as it is: everyone has monsters they need to conquer and seemingly impossible tasks they are faced with and tragedies that seem too hard to bear.
Same as Hercules, who had to conquer mythological monsters, we have to also conquer monsters, but invisible ones. Mon
sters such as social distance, loneliness, the threat of climate change, or anxiety. In this photography project, we would like to give those ‘monsters’ a concrete form and bring attention to these topics.
