Bi-material tampers from “recycled” wood.

Small sawmills often struggle to sell their stocks of damaged wood or attacked by xylophagous insects. This project is based on the revaluation of acacia, douglas and walnut falls, emblematic wood species of Auvergne.

er marries the wood. Textures and contrasts are revealed during woodturning : matt / shiny, veined / plain, warm / cold. These emotions influence the barista know-how.
