Five week project inspired by the build and design of my antique childhood home.
Referencing the architectural and interior design modifications of the house ranging from 1710 to the present, I relied heavily on sourced antique and interior materials and fabrications including rugs, table runners a
nd curtain rings.
By using these materials alongside asymmetrical pattern cutting and bespoke tailoring I hoped to illustrate how mismatched and worn out elements can still combine to create a feeling of security and comfort.
