Dorian Étienne

Eyes on Talents member, Dorian Étienne, is pursuing his project, Pays’Âges, rewarded in 2023 by the Eyes on Talents x Paris Good Fashion – Grand Prix Photography & Sustainability. Pays'Âges, a collective, local and travelling project, reveals the identity of ‘at-risk’ territories from the perspective of the sky. Through the creation of large-scale tapestries, the project presents the singularities of a region's topography and biodiversity. Made on site with the participation of local people and using only local and natural materials, these monumental works capture a crucial moment in ecological disruption. The fourth participatory creation, completed last year, represented the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and was recently acquired by the Établissement Public du Mont Saint-Michel. Today, the ecological and social project is continuing its commitment and preparing a third season, 2026-2028, in France and abroad.
A designer-traveller and graduate of the École Boulle, Dorian Étienne launched his eponymous studio in 2019. His humanist and eco-responsible approach to design combines art and craftsmanship and is anchored in territories near and far.
