The wedding day is the biggest signifier of a happy ending. A moment to be documented, remembered and relived. The clothing of the groom and bride is of great importance to this day.
But not all weddings end in a traditional matter. Couples have a change of heart, someone is left at the alter, the
bride makes a run for it.
These moments are rare but they do happen. And the wedding photo and documentation suddenly feels moot.
I wanted to explore the juxtaposition of the wedding day being able to both be something beautiful and terrible for all involved
