From cowboys to hipsters, Clint Eastwood to Kurt Cobain, lumberjacks to punks, loyalty to rebellion and Scots to couture, plaid can be worn by anyone and everyone.
‘Check It Out’ rethinks, reinvents and redesigns traditional tartan, innovating a timelessly classic look for A/W 2024.
The fabric is con
structed by stitching reflective strips in such a way that creates a 3D textured textile, reminiscent of a woven fabric, which shines after dark.
Waterproof and breathable materials work together to produce a range of garments, capable of withstanding various weather conditions.
Raw edge gives the collection a deconstructed, grunge look, encapsulating the rebelliousness that tartan holds while being perfectly tailored to the requirements of business wear; resulting in a sleek and punk rock look.
This state of the art range is designed to be size inclusive, unisex and the colour palette is reminiscent of the LGBTQ rainbow flag. The pieces present as a regular outfit, ideal for the office or an event. However, after dark they transform reflecting headlights and protecting the wearer outdoors.
The collection aims to encourage wearers to take alternative transport to work via bike or skateboard to reduce the burning of fossil fuels. It is also environmentally conscious, using zero waste techniques and eco-fabrics wherever possible.
From road to work to club, you’ll never go out of style.
