An architectural and functional furniture add a specific function to the K-building living's spaces, which are one of HEC’s apartments blocks. Those are functionnal and steel free-standing structures serving sometimes as mediums for student exchanges views and communication medium.
The ground floor
proposes a specific arrangement including a co-working space and a coffee both managed by students associations. On the floors, there are two kinds of accomodations : apartment shares on floors R+1 and R+3 and studios on R+2 and R+4. Furniture is the same into the bedrooms except the office which is shared as an office/lounge included in the apartment shares. Shared kitchens and laundries are also proposed on each floor.
