The Parade vase organises and articulates blown glass parts and a wooden spindle. They are fastened together by nylon industrial wing nuts.
To be suspended or placed on a piece of furniture, the Parade vase forms a bunch of spherical or oblong containers and expresses in its own right the bases of a
work statement: combine industrial and craft techniques and update the outdated industrial ideal, "an object for all", for a more adapted contemporary ideal, "an object for everyone".
The research studies for this project were conducted at the CIRVA during the seventh edition of the Design Parade festival at Villa Noailles, Hyères (France), in 2012.
