ral unexpected ways. The project was presented in 2014, at the fuorisalone of the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Windblower is the development of two basic ideas: on the one hand, the interaction with the object through the imitation: the visitor blows and the ventilator answer by blowing. And on the other hand the idea of an interaction that does not involve touching the object. Concretely, our ventilator has two helixes, and as the visitor blows inside the smaller one, the action is mirrored by the bigger helix, but with a power twice as strong and time. In this way two people share the experience of the object at the same time. Windblower’s mobile nature allows visitors to blow in whichever direction they prefer.
