Scorgo ciechi che vedono e zoppi che corrono; ma dov'è il Salvatore? was developed within the course Fashion Design Laboratory 4 and stems from a visual and conceptual research inspired by historical and artistic references.
Through the reinterpretation of medieval sartorial elements, such as gathere
d sleeves and capes that conceal the arms, the collection explores the relationship between body, garment, and identity.
The work draws inspiration from the etchings of Jacques Callot and the symbolic universe of Hieronymus Bosch, with a literary reference to the “Court of Miracles” described by Victor Hugo. Disguise thus becomes a visual language and a means of expression.
The collection was developed through all key phases: research, design, experimentation, and prototype creation.
