For the Dior Fall/Winter 2018 womenswear collection, the Maison's Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri decided to channel significant moments of historical protest, especially those that took place in May 1968 in Paris, into contemporary garments with a ‘60s vibe. The show itself took place in Paris
, in the gardens of the Musée Rodin, and is a celebration of female empowerment. The set was plastered from the floor to the ceiling with archival posters from 1968 along with original creations, ripped fashion magazine covers and feminist slogans. Bureau Betak was commissioned to design the whole set, which means sourcing and creating the graphics, then laying them out in the space.
