Fashion Healing will offer resources, workshops, masterclasses, and events to empower participants and offer a safe space to practice body positivity, personal development and mindfullness using fashion and textile art as the creative media and tool.
Fashion Healing is also aiming to support and celebrate the work of underrepresented creatives and small businesses with pop ups, exhibitions, fashion shows and panel discussions.
The project also aims to bridge the gap between the reality of issues encountered by consumers from the working class and disadvantaged communities and the sometimes elitist ideology of sustainable living.
