Shoes: Concern To Passion
Since I was a kid, I was concerned with the shoes I wore: nothing ever felt right or special enough. Growing up as an adult, runner and designer, I have been increasingly concerned with what I put on my feet, spending hours trying shoes on and feeling absolutely discouraged
, or being over the moon if I found a pair that actually fit my feet and taste at the simultaneously.
As it often happens, though, big concerns grow into great passions. This is exactly what has happened with shoe design.
Despite my work experience mainly involving apparel and equipment design, I never stopped sketching my dream shoes.
Here are some of my recent sketches, involving color combinations, as well as thoughts on trims and sustainable materials, which would make up my dream pairs of shoes
