By picking up an appropriate bamboo, removing the knots, drying and preserving it, by cutting, sawing, carving, heating, inserting, gluing, assembling and nailing, a piece of furniture is achieved in an artisanal way.
The most common technique - bamboo bending - was adopted as the main approach in
this project. Two - meter long bamboo units were bent and assembled to form the structure, which became the symbolic outline of this chair and reveal a sense of tactility of this uniqle material.
