Refurbishment projet of a student housing within the french business school HEC.
The second, third and fourth floors are pierced in order to create a central and social core within the building. The kitchens and dining areas are organized around this axis.
Each floor offers two kinds of single bed
rooms: one with a private bathroom, and another where it is shared by two people. The ground floor offers a workspace, a projection room, and a shared apartment, including two single bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and restroom.
