Starting from a photo laboratory I held with a group of young African and Afghan men met through Italy and France, Untitled (The Asylum Seeker) project is the result of a multi-media interactive installation that aims to look into migrants as singular individuals and not just as a flow of numbers.
As a critic to our society and our system, the installation proposes itself as a fulcrum of an alternative integration system through art. A platform of concrete dialogue and exchange where locals and migrants across different European cities is assured. A space of connection through art laboratories which outcome is presented on the streets as conceptual performances, installations and spaces of debate and raising awareness.
