Inspired by the blind, making jewellery for those who can't see and appreciate beauty visually as most of the arts and design appeals to. Instead these pieces appeal to the other senses; tactility and touch through the soft, natural wood, as well as concealed sounds that can only be heard in response
to movement on the body when worn.
This bangle has soft fur lining on the inner side for comfort when wearing it. Steel ball bearings embedded in the wood surface can swivel for something to fidget with that responds to touch. The piece also makes a swivelling sound when worn but concealed from sight.
