An exploration of a singular material, tin plate. This series of brooches, based on Cornish tin mines and the surrounding rugged landscape, are constructed entirely using cold connections and have been repeatedly heated to achieve this petrol-like colour.
When worn, the brooches appear to peel back
from the clothing, revealing detailing of their construction, in a sense their seams.
