I was commissioned to design and produce this piece for a private client. The brief was to produce a high quality and contemporary garment using traditional materials and textile methods.
The sweater is knitted using shetland wool on a single bed knitting machine. The band of texture that runs hori
zontally across the garment was created by knitting over 100 bobbles on my machine in close proximity to one another.
