Clémence Althabegoïty
Eyes on Talents member, Clémence Althabegoïty, is one of the winners selected for the 3rd edition of the call for projects Partage ton Grand Paris, supporting artistic and cultural projects integrating the challenges of ecological transition. Her project, (Récolter) la pluie, in partnership with La Fabrique des Impossibles, received a special mention from COAL, partner of this edition. Until October, they will demonstrate the simplicity of their approach during participatory design workshops on the theme of water management for the creation of large water collectors. (Récolter) la pluie is a speculative ephemeral structure that harvests rainwater in a decentralized and off-grid context, echoing the free access to water in an open source physical principle.
Clémence Althabegoïty is a designer and visual artist based in Paris. Through maps, objects, installations and scenographies, her practice seeks to create alternative solutions, raise awareness and reflect on issues such as rising temperatures, pollution and water scarcity.
