Adrien Messié
Eyes on Talents member, Adrien Messié, has collabroated with Theoreme Editions, which brings together the vision of contemporary designers and the technique of craftsmen curious to rethink their know-how. Inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, he designed a warm and friendly dining table along with a side table which can be used as a stool. Made of cracked glazed ceramic and lacquered wood, their design combines mathematics and poetry to create a set of lines, colors and textures, questioning the close link between furniture and sculpture.
The French designer began his creative career with Andrée Putman in 2004. In 2012, he came up with the concept, le gramme, a creative project around wearable or functional objects named after their weight in grams. He then co-founded the brand and directed creation for 7 years. At the same time, Adrien Messié co-founded the H A ï K U agency, which organizes electronic music events.
