The latest food trend is to reinterprete street food: the goal is to eat on the go but with quality ingredients. Following that trend, the Rémy Martin Nomade moves during private nights or clubs to prepare a minute cocktail from fresh ingredients and Rémy Martin Mature Cask Finish cognac. My project


gets its inspiration from hawkers. Applied to Rémy Martin universe, I designed an usherette tray with Rémy Martin identity but with a more mobile and younger approach. We can find the idea of “mixology” when the house of cognac codes meet a more actual use: the oak and copper tray echoes Rémy Martin casks and the leather straps to wear it echoes the street hawker.
