#Reminder: Our clothes are made of Nature and Biodiversity.
Wool from sheep 🐑
Cotton farmed and harvested 🌱
Polyester from plastic (which starts out as oil to be fracked) 🛢️
Viscose from trees 🌳
Leather from livestock 🐄
The idea with @zouzoudago is to recover already existing fabrics, we can creat
e clothes without drawing on natural resources. With this approach, the impact of each of our creations is close to that of a second-hand garment. We do not use water, pesticides, petroleum or dyeing processing to create our collections.
« It’s all about our ability to slow down through upcycling » and preserving our natural ressources @zouzoudago
We need to ask #WhatsInMyClothes? and ensure that the fashion industry takes radical action to protect the natural world, and conserve the Earth’s finite natural resources.
