François Pasteau is a chef close to its clients, and with whom we feel almost like a guest. I wanted to stress this feeling by integrating a large table in the centre of the restaurant room, as well as round tables, which invites clients to exchange with each other.

Finally, always with this idea of proximity between the chef and its clients, I imagined the kitchen like a central element open onto the room. It is highlighted by a copper coating, which makes it radiant and reminds traditional cooking tools, tradition being part of François Pasteau's philosophy.
