Renovate 1000 m2 of offices inside a building designed by the architect Rem Koolhaas.
Our role was to reorganize the function of the spaces and improve the working conditions of the teams in charge of organize events. We decided to create a central space with a kitchen to invite the different teams
to communicate more and create a friendly place. We removed the floors to reveal the raw concrete slab and create a dialogue between the radical aesthetic of architect Rem Koolhaas and warmer materials such as wood, brick and textiles. To delimit the spaces, we imagined wooden and glass walls to separate the workspaces according to the work teams while allowing light to enter the space. This project is one of the 3 finalists proposals.
