Starting from the semi-products that surround him, as a playground, Flavien Delbergue transforms them and reappropriate their essence in order to create objects combining simplicity and contrast between emptiness and fullness.
Asobi project is composed of three series of products : cup and ball ga
mes (bilboquet), vases and lamps. Each of them is corresponding to a creation’s principle : the density of materials, the economy of ressources, and the research of an atmosphere. Here, the plural meeting of semi-products becomes meaningful and functional. Their process of shaping and their basic assemblies lead to a research for sincerity and lightness. Together, these objects contribute to a new range of shapes to tend towards to a necessary's balance in a interior contemporary home.
