This collection is a method through which I can process my fears.
Fears of vulnerability, fear of the unknown and fear of not being ”man” enough.
It is grounded in my youth, a time when I learnt that boys dont cry infront of others.
At its heart is Hollywood’s stylised form of manliness, epi
tomised by a young Marlon Brando in a white t-shirt, leather jacket and blue jeans. This uniform came to represent an ideal which I tried to live up to, but now want to break down.
