Creation of an artificial landscape in an interior space inspired by the Moroccan blue town Chefchaouen.

Our project is not really a bedroom, not especially a conservatory, and not even a dining room. It is a amenable space without attributed uses, adaptable to the needs of the one who is there. Convenient to meditation, contemplation, isolation, strolling or daydreaming, the room is similar to a boudoir that hosts secret discussions. Finally, it’s principally a space that connects, in its own way, indoor and outdoor.

We created a man-made landscape observable from a wooden structure at different viewpoints. The visitor could alternatively be an observer, a stroller or a contemplator. He walks in a space inspired by the blue city of Morocco, Chefchaouen, and which is revealed little by little depending on eye level and movement. The imposing wooden structure hides and reveals the space at a glance, plays with the different frames of this artificially reconstituted views.

The natural environment, also observable from the rest of the room, competes with then associates and extends to the man-made panorama.
Like Russian dolls, the key wooden space is integrated into the artificial panorama, itself inside the visible scenery of the room... The notions of interior and exterior are inverted.
