This family apartment had multiple water damages and needed to be fixed and upgraded. After the roof rehabilitation we were able to work inside that last floor apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a large living area which, altogether are about 85 m2. The idea was to keep the memories of th
e place, embrasse the present and look towards the future, for the family to able to gather around on holidays and special occasions. For that reason the only plan changes that were made were for the bathroom and kitchen.
Work is still in progress for another month.
