da, Louboutin and Balmain.

STUDIOCANCELLIER design and managed leather goods collection with a design thinking approach.

The design process start from the exploration of the client's core values and “why” and finish with the realisation of the collection, composed by well finished and merchandisables products, ready for the industrialization.

From the Vision to the Products

Serena Had the chance to work for years with the AD of each company she reached, learning from them, discovering different perspective, experiencing more than thousand collections, inspiring herself each time.

She is also well trained in development, collaborating with product, sourcing and production team.

She know, and she is in love with, craft and technical skills thanks to all the Italian leather goods artisans, the designers best friends!

She formlaized a metodology in conception, planning and timing, as well as in merchandising,  designing through different product categories and visual merchandising. She managed the leathregoods styling during the shooting and campaign and accessories still life pictures.

She manage all strategic levers like target, positioning, pricing, performance  of the collection and communication.

In STUDIOCANCELLIER we know that every collection is a balance between many topics as: the brand identity and client’s aspirations, needs, trends, craftmanship, factories, timing, budget, communication, industrialisation and final price.

every season is a journey made of love, comprehension and challengs, is an obstacle race, and we love all that!

We think that inspiration and imagination comes from lives, creativity  is the ability to transform imagination into reality.
