Eyes on Talents member, Lora Sonney, has been chosen by AZ Factory for its next capsule collection. As part of AZ Factory's ongoing commitment to supporting new talent, the French designer will present 10 looks inspired by the great outdoors, in collaboration with the AZ Factory studio and accompanied by historic Swiss manufacturer Jakob Schlaepfer in the fabric research. Her collection will be unveiled on July 3 in the garden of the Fondation Cartier, during Paris Couture Week. "Her multi-category approach, mastery of textile techniques, sharp vision for creating a fully defined aesthetic, work on sustainability and new materials have completely intrigued and seduced the AZ Factory team," the brand said in a statement.
Lora Sonney graduated from the HEAD master program in 2021 and was a finalist at the 2022 edition of the Festival de Hyères, where she presented a collection incorporating recycled garden hoses. The French designer also completed internships with Marine Serre and Celine.
