Champions Cup aims to
1. Create awareness of both foreign culture and international affairs
2. Empower and offer young people a safe platform to contribute and speak up about the the global course of action in creating the sustainable future we envision
3. Promote and encourage student interaction with other international students at Model United Nations conferences

To achieve the above purposes, Champions Cup facilitates term working and socialising opportunities through our 4 Pillars of Champions Cup

roduct and Supply, my main projects were to 1) Compile and Develop Standard Operational Procedures branching between the company's international and regional guidelines to practical operations locally, 2) engage with P&G Malaysia's Warehouse partner in designing a more efficient zoning and slotting arrangement.

These two goals involved the need to compile a big amount of data and alignment to actual operations and applicability through communication. In comparison to the initial methods of going through operational guidelines, completing the first project goal will be a good addition in the simplifying of locating and understanding the relevant process and can hence increase the efficiency and communication for handover or in periods of emergency when there is a short of man power.

In addition to the contents learn from the reading of materials and discussions in meeting the above two project goals, the internship experience allowed me to gain some insights into the routine of a working lifestyle. It was initially a challenge to shift from an academic to work routine, but it eventually happened gradually. I also greatly value the exposure I was given in terms of professional communication with external partners under the guidance of my manager. It was a steep learning curve from my initial field of study, but I am glad that I was given the opportunity to be a part of P&G, even if it was for an internship period of 4 months (due to a 1 month extension)
