Interview given to ballpit mag about my practise, story and aesthetic.
I'm a freelance illustrator based in Quimper, West of France. Since I graduated in 2017 from ENSAD Paris in Print media, I’ve partnered with clients ranging from public institutions (TGV INOUÏ, Dole's Museum of Fine Arts, Ateliers Médicis, CROUS…), growing businesses (Le chocolat des Français…), and
press medias (Flush, Cin’Épi, Errratum, Hiatus…). Synthesizing ideas and insights I focus on telling meaningful stories and transmitting accurately the visual emotion each project requires.
Led an editorial project with students from the CM1-CM2 class, screenprinting initiation, issued a book and promoted our work through a specific exhibition at Dole’s Museum of Fine Arts, Jura, France.
Assisted the printshop's team and artists in residencies ( Jeremie Fischer, "Ne rougissez pas" collective, Félicité Landrivon...)
Led print and stop motion workshops.
Developped the print shop's social medias (Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook)
Master degree, majored in Print Media. Diploma project : "Un tour à l’œil" Series of children books about funfairs.
Thesis defence "J'étais enfant, j'étais petit, j'étais cruel" awarded with special honors, June 2016.
Exchange program of six months, extended to a year between ENSAD and SAIC. Acquired skills such as book binding and offset printing. During the spring semester 2016, I got accepted in the Advanced Print Class and in the "Comics, emotional directness and self-doubt" class teached by the comics writter
