In 2000, settled in Paris he becomes a professional photographer.
Till then, Guillaume is commissioned on various projects such as : making documentaries for Forum des Halles Paris, Air France Magazine, Modular Lightings, L’Officiel, several architects & designers ; lookbooks for fashion designers ; music videos as Ohow ? for the artist Don Rimini, filmed with Red camera ; DOP for commercials as Jour de la Terre Québec filmed with Canon 5DMarkII in February 2009 ; etc.

Troughout his trips, he dedicates his work to explore the urban side of our lives in opposition of our true nature. With no special effect, Nature & humans are revealed by his cinematic light, that relates the reality of our lives. In 2006, 2 of his art pieces are sold at Drouot Auction. Despite the economic crisis, an other piece is sold at Drouot in December 2008.

In 2009 architects and decorators gave new assignments to Guillaume in that fields such as shootings housings, hotels and many projects...

In 2014 Guillaume shot The famous 5 starsHotel Vernet decorated by François Champsaur.

In 2015 Jean-Pierre Marois owner of Les Bains Paris asked Guillaume to shoot his 5 stars Hotel decorated by RDAI & Tristan Auer.

In 2016 RDAI asked him to shoot the famous 24 Faubourg Hermes Boutique and the Elie Saab Flagship Store in London.
