Margaux Keller is a french designer.
I was born in 1987 in Geneva, Switzerland.
In 2010 I graduated with a special jury mention in Product design and Interior architecture from the ancestral Ecole Boulle, Paris.
Through the products I create, I want to suprize people by playing with everyday codes, analyzing different social behaviors and habits. I'am looking for the unexpected and a touch of humour in design, and particularly enjoy working with craftmen, ebenists, ceramists, glass blowers and other material experts.
I recently worked in Italy as a product designer for Fabrica, Benetton group communication research centre.
I'm currently freelancing for my self as a product and space designer for brands such as Roche Bobois, La Redoute, Habitat, CFOC concept store, Editors and galleries, etc.
After studying design at ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres and then attending Ecole Boulle, Margaux Keller earned a design and architecture diploma in 2010 and joined the Philippe Starck agency where she worked alongside Eugeni Quitllet. In 2011 she was selected to be part of the design team at Fabrica, the Benetton Group’s research and communications center, under the creative direction of Sam Baron.
In 2012 she founded her own global design agency in Marseille where she has developed numerous partnerships: Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Roche Bobois, Cartier, Made.com, La Redoute Intérieurs, Habitat, SIA, CFOC, KparK, La Monnaie de Paris…
Her work is often qualified as feminine and sensitive, very much in synch with Margaux Keller’s need to arouse emotions through her designs. Today she works on numerous global design projects and in 2016 also became creative director of the design manufacturer Bibelo.
