La Bouche Rouge Digital Account Executive

The Digital Account Executive will be part of the exciting, growing team of La Bouche Rouge that is working together on making a true change in the beauty industry. The overall objective of this role is to grow La Bouche Rouge’s visibility and sales via our retail and wholesale partners’ sites. This means that you will be responsible for the product, sales and marketing operations of the digital partner sites.

The Role

  • Responsible for driving sales and sell-through across all e-partners sites vs targets

  • Create ecommerce guidelines to ensure correct brand and VM visibility across all partner sites

  • Maintain database updated with creation, modification of references, descriptions, prices and codes for all partners

  • Coordinating implementation of product range decisions and continuously monitor the on-site assortment for availability, price, out-of-stock rate etc.

  • Support the Commercial team by managing the ordering and logistics for e-partners

  • Run forecasting schedule and replenishment of stock to the e-partners with support from Commercial team

  • Develop and manage the e-partners marketing calendar to drive brand visibility and sales during key moments and peak periods across all partner sites, in alignment with Digital team

  • Collaborate with the Digital team on all asset creation, liaising with the Graphic Designer and Content writer from brief to final asset delivery

  • Measure key performance metrics and quantify commercial impact from paid and unpaid campaigns with partners

  • Report weekly on sales performance, performing financial analysis to maximize profit & margin

  • With a focus on the consumer, evaluate how our omnichannel approach can be optimized to drive mutual benefits & increased efficiencies

What You Bring To The Role

  • BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience

  • Understanding of key Digital success metrics along the consumer journey on- and off-site (conversion, click-through rate etc.)

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Experience with web-analytics tools and proven qualities in data manipulation and analysis

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • Self-starter, fast learner, and strong collaborator

  • Fluent in English and French, Italian is a plus
