Design of a book for the release of the new YSL fragrance : LIBRE.
The new YSL fragrance is the quest for freedom, the woman in its diversity of expression, a technical achievement of the bottle's design, a free fragrance.
The press kit is designed to look like a sculpture, like a piece of art, in
order to be exposed. It is divided into 7 differents parts accessible thanks to the tabs (triangle-shaped like the edge on the bottle). They are disposed randomly on the book's spine in order to enhance the idea of freedom in the reading.
A large range of paper is used in order to highlight the differents fragrance's facets : the YSL fashion house (with a woven paper), the fragrance's color, the gold on the emblematic cassandre's logo on the bottle, etc.
