g photography at age 16, that was also when my big interest in anthropology had started and today I believe somehow both are very related. 
I’ve always had an interest in other countries, different cultures, languages, people, traditions and these are very present elements in my work today. 

I have had the chance of travelling a lot during my childhood and I think that is one of the first thing that got me into photography; keeping traces of the place I’ve seen and the people I’ve met. My favorite trip was one I took to Cuba with my Spanish class in 2012 as it was the first time I got to travel alone, without my parents. I also found Cuba was an amazing place for photographs as it is so unique and for the first time I had given myself a challenge which was not to come back with the clichés of Havana that everyone had already seen. 

I’ve really enjoyed my bachelor in Lausanne. It taught me the technique/skills in photography but also in film which is something I could’ve hardly learned by myself: It taught me how to express my ideas or feelings at best throughout my work. These four years have also helped me realize what really interests me in photography and for what use I want to practice it in the future. Very early in my curriculum I started having a big interest in photojournalism and the last years I’ve done many projects about Greece, either on socioeconomic matters like the economy crisis or more personal subjects like tracing back my greek roots.  

Ever since I was a child, I’ve dreamed of moving to Athens; I believe it is a very enriching city, especially for a young artist like myself. I am here now hoping to develop my personal work as much as I can by using Greece as a territory for my projects.
