La Bouche Rouge CRM Manager

The CRM Manager will be part of the exciting, growing team of La Bouche Rouge that is working together on making a true change in the beauty industry. The overall objective of this role is to maintain and grow the La Bouche rouge client database and drive LTV by designing and delivering a strong CRM strategy that brings together our online and in-store client data.

The Role


  • Designing and delivering the CRM strategy across offline and online in order to increase loyalty and retention across the business

  • Deciding on the structure of a chosen CRM platform structure and ensuring it works seamlessly across each arm of our organisation

  • Mapping customer journeys by analysing touch points along the pipeline and maximising commercial opportunities with this information through segmentation and database strategies

  • Maintaining and growing the La Bouche Rouge client database through implementing retention and win-back strategies centred around effective lifecycle management; ensuring full compliance with local legislation

  • Deep dive into client and campaign data, identifying opportunities and presenting action plans for the team

  • Creating weekly and monthly customer reports to help measure success of strategy and give insight into customers

  • Partnering with the stores to create tools to enable additional high-touch opportunities

  • Managing direct communication with customers through a chosen CRM system and resolving customer complaints quickly

What You Bring To The Role


  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and managing initiatives from briefing to completion

  • Ability to translate varied inputs including market data, customer and executive insights, and broad industry research into actionable retention programs

  • 3+ years' experience in CRM

  • Experience with CRM / loyalty program Saas for defining the retention scenarios and monitoring performance metrics

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • Self-starter, fast learner, and strong collaborator
